Who organizes the Arma VJ Homecoming?The festival is presented by the Arma Homecoming Association, Inc. and the Lon M. Helm Jr. Post 182 American Legion. Additionally, dozens of community volunteers help make the festival a fun experience for all attendees.

Where is the festival located?Arma City Park, 251 N. 5th St., Arma, KS 66712 . Vendors line Arma’s Washington Street along 5th to 6th streets. Those requiring electricity will be placed between 5th and Washington streets.

What are the festival’s hours of operation?Friday, August 12 – 5 to 11 p.m. Saturday, August 13 – 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday, August 14 – Noon to 5 p.m.

Vendor set-up informationThe city of Arma will close three blocks on Washington Street near City Park beginning at 3:30 p.m. Friday, August 12. All vendors along Washington Street are required to be fully set up by 7:30 a.m. Saturday, August 13, prior to the 5K road race. Vendors’ personal vehicles MUST be off Washington Street during festival hours (see above).

How much does it cost to become a vendor?12x12 Crawford County resident booth, no electrical hook-up: $25 12x12 out-of-county resident booth: $50 With electrical connection: Add $25 Note: Vendors must provide their own water and bring trash bags.

How do I register to be a vendor?Download the vendor registration form on the home page. Mail your completed form with check to: Arma Homecoming Association, P.O. Box 869, Arma, KS 66712. Deadline is Friday, July 15, 2022.
